What's Covered
- First-time trial purchases ($3): Full refund within 7 days, no questions asked
- Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same pack twice, full refund
- Technical issues: If you cannot access or download your purchased content, we'll fix it or refund you
What's Not Covered
- Renewal charges after your trial month (you can cancel anytime before renewal)
- Requests made more than 7 days after your first purchase
- Annual subscriptions (these come with the same 7-day trial period at $3 before the annual charge)
How to Request a Refund

- Your order email address
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through your Gumroad account dashboard
- By emailing us at hello@cosmicinsightpacks.com
Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You retain access to all packs delivered up to your cancellation date.
